be eligible for a rental car if your car is damaged after

Sometimes the simplest way to get a
rental car is through your own insurance coverage, even
if you were not at fault in the accident. Depending on
your policy, your insurance company can either reimburse
you for the rental or pay for the rental directly, and
then get their money back from the insurance company representing
the at-fault driver.
If you do not have rental coverage with
your policy, another option is to get a rental car through
the at-fault driver's insurance policy. The at-fault party
